Cheques should be made payable to Asylum and Refugee Care (AARC) SCIO. Please enclose your name, address, phone number and email address so that we can acknowledge and receipt your donation. Cheques are normally banked within 3-5 days of receipt.

Please contact us and we will provide you with a letter addressed to you/your organisation with our bank details for audit purposes. We can also provide you with an invoice if required for your accounting processes.

Given the security risks associated with cash handling, our preference is card payment or direct bank transfer. We would strongly advise you not to send cash through the post. However, if you’ve done a collection on our behalf and need to pay this to us in cash, please contact us and we will make arrangements with you to acknowledge and receipt your donation.
